Assuming you have already automated the usual suspect for RPA (Low hanging fruits etc. ), it's really great to know that you have decided to scale up with your IA journey.
For HR, there could be many use cases which could successfully utilize IA capabilities to derive value for the organization. Trying to list down a few:
1- Improving the Onboarding experience for a candidate using a bit of ML and AI .
2- Improving invoicing solution using Abbyy/Decipher or similar.
3- Having a helpdesk for employees which auto answers their queries (depending on the org size ofcourse)
4- Automating resume screening dynamically using JD and auto shortlisting, scheduling the interviews.
And many more..
