In addition to trying what Luca has posted, could you also provide some more information on these points:
- What remote access tool are you using to "log on" to the VMs? For example, VNC, RDP, etc.
- What do you mean by Login? Do you mean that you are using the Login Agent to login to the Windows account for the VM? Or are you logging in to some application as part of the process automation?
- When you say that your spying does not work, are you running it from the Control Room on the VM, or do you mean when you open the Object Studio on the VM through your remote desktop software, you are unable to spy?
The reason why I ask is because RDP (and other remote access tools which use RDP as the underlying protocol) can cause spying exceptions to be thrown due to the way it handles user sessions. If you are using an RDP-based tool to remotely login into the VM, we would suggest to change to a different tool. The document here: https://portal.blueprism.com/documents/v6-data-sheet-remote-access-tools lists out some tools that other customers have had success with.
