For a client we have several processes developed using BP v6.2, but now we are facing difficulties with one particular process when we run it from Scheduler.
The process uses Internet Explorer to retrieve some buttons in a web page, but when the process is scheduled the robot cannot use the global mouse clicks on the buttons, any ideas about that?
Thanks

Hi,
Following options can be tried.
1. To the AA mode element - keep Default action = "Press"
2. Spy with HTML mode, remove application environment specific attribute and navigating the clicks.
3. If the clicks were working previously and it has stopped suddenly, check for application upgrades if any, respy may work in this case.
Out of this if nothing works, please raise a ticket to BluePrism by providing all relevant information there.

What we're looking for is the wording of the error you got. You're saying you have no error, but something must have told you that the global mouse click did not work. The exact wording of that error from the session logs can help us to give suggestions on what might be wrong. Sometimes BP just can't find the element you're trying to click on and sometimes it could be something has disabled the spy mode (e.g. AA) on the machine after an update to the machine or something like that. But we can't really give any vectored suggestions without knowing what the error is.

as you can see in attached file, reading the log process I have no errors.
The 2 blue lines are referred to my click actions, and I have no feedback about it.
Is there any other place where can I retrieve info?
Thanks

I have seen some times Global mouse click center does not perform any action. If you have used AA mode on a Web application please try HTML mode and do Click center and let me know if this works. This should work.
Thank you,

If no error occurs when it does the global mouse click, I would think that means it is finding the element it is looking for but something is blocking the click.
