Issues after 6.7.3 to 6.9 update

Hi, im facing small speed issues after Blue Prism update.

Can you please help me to understand how 6.7.3 to 6.9 (threw 6.8) update should look like?

I have a system created on 5 VM.
DB + BPApp + BPIC + 2x runtime resources

What I have done is:

1. Update BPApp VM to 6.8.1
2. Update of DB (from application)
3. Update BPIC to 6.8.1
4. Update 2x runtime resources to 6.8.1

Than I have did same actions while updating to 6.9

All VMs were restarted many times after updates. No errors found during installations.

What I have found after update is:
BP works much slower.
Actions in control room works slower. It can be seen in latest stage window
Actions in debug Process studio works slower. I need to wait ~ 5 sec to robot to find if there is a file on hard drive. Before update it was around 1 sec.
Login Agent takes 10 sec from start to complete

 
Can you pls guide me if I did sth wrong?

Hi Łukasz  - it looks like you have done the right thing (although most of the time you can upgrade directly to the required version) but diagnosing problems via these forums will be difficult, maybe it's better to raise a support ticket.

Hi, Lukasz,

I would strongly recommend to go through this process once again and apply 6.10.1. It seems the best release compared to 6.7, 6.8 and 6.9 furthermore, there is a fix for a bug for evaluation for collection in calculation stage. However, there is another bug - items in queue are sorted from the oldest to the newest but one can probably live with that.

And to answer your question - as John wrote - you did it right.
