Launch and spy a Attachmate EXTRA! mainframe

Hello, I've been trying to launch, spy and attach a Attachmate EXTRA! mainframe application to Blue Prism. I've read in the Knowledge Base that we need to configure the HLLAPI by going to Options > Global Préférences in the Attachmate application. Unfortunnatly this part is disabled in my Attachmate, I don't know why, so I can't do anything there. When I try to launch Attachmate by Blue Prism, I have this message : "Error - Failed to launch application - Launch failed: Error from ConnectToHostOrSession: Failed to register Attachmate client - ATM_SYSTEMERROR" I really don't know what to do. I can run Attachmate by declaring it as Windows application but with this method, the mainframe is seen as a unique screen, I cannot work with fields. Thank you for your help and sorry for my bad English.

It sounds as though the issue is with the application/environment rather than the Blue Prism product. The greyed out setting not available to you is a pre-requisite for the Blue Prism interface to work. I recommend you investigate why that setting is not available. It has either been disabled as part of the Extra! intallation - and the emulator needs to be re-installed including the API component, or maybe it just requires someone with administrative rights to your PC to change the setting.

we are getting the attached error "Error - Failed to launch application - Launch failed: Error from ConnectToHostOrSession: ATM_SYSTEMERROR" when we are trying to Launch Attachmate Extreme session using Mainframes.

We are providing application type as "Micro Focus Attachmate Extra !X-treme9.3(ATMAPI32)
Session identifier as "A"
and variant as "Extra!"
and Application manager mode as "Embedded"

but still we are receiving the "Error - Failed to launch application - Launch failed: Error from ConnectToHostOrSession: ATM_SYSTEMERROR"

Few things you can check here :
1- Try launching the application with elevated\admin rights.
2- Check on other user machines if the option is enabled for them (Can be a chance its your access level causing this).
3- Pointing to the exact .ws file and path .
