Hi all,
Will a single licence allow a resource to run multiple processes? i.e. a foreground and a background process? I'm thinking about a background process that would run in the background and handle undesirable popups to allow the main process to continue.
Thanks!

No, 1 license = 1 process running in Production. In theory you could run 10 processes in parallel on the same machine, and that would consume 10 licenses. You could also have 50 machines, 200 processes but only run 10 processes at a time, and that would also consume 10 licenses.

What if the licence can have 10 sessions?

It's semantics - depends what you mean by a license. Most think of a license as permission to run 1 prod process, but you might have 1 license file that allows you to run 100 processes.
