Hi,
is it possible to send an email by digital worker with a link to a particular inbox item which is awaiting for user attention in Interact?
Thanks.
Regards

Hi Zdeněk
I know you've probably already been playing around with this and the best answer I can find is "sort of".
It is possible to extrapolate the URL for the submission and send that to the user as an email. For example, "https://interact.local/#/my-work/{Submission ID}/assigned-by-digital-worker-request.
However, when they click the link, they will have to log in to Interact and they will then land on the Interact home page (the one with the user's available forms) and not the inbox or the submission itself.
Cheers

Hi, Joe,
thanks for confirmation even though it is not the behavior I would like to have at least I know it.
One more question - if I want to know the number of items in a user inbox I have to query Interact database, right? There is no other way how to get it, right? I think I know the answer but I need to know for sure.
Thanks.
