Login Agent ERROR: : 0: LogonUI callbacks not disabled

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi, I'm using BP v5.0.23, and have set up a virtual machine with Login Agent v.5.0.23 installed. When I from control room tell the Runtime Resource to Log in, the process gets terminated with the following error message: ERROR: : 0: LogonUI callbacks not disabled Any ideas on why this is, and what I need to do to solve this issue? The Runtime Resource is running Windows 7 Enterprise. BR, Olof

According to the latest user guide for Login Agent 5.0.23, Login Agent can be configured to generate diagnostic logs on a specific device by configuring the appropriate Registry key settings (for version 5.0.23 and above). Logging is only recommended while troubleshooting. It is necessary to reboot the device to apply registry setting changes. The keys can be found within the Registry at the following location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Blue Prism Limited\LoginAgent o LogFileDir: specifies the location where the log file will be generated. o LogLevel: specifies the granularity of logs. 0: Disabled (default); 1: Error messages; 2: Debug messages; 4: Trace messages. For a combination of levels, the values can be added together. E.g.a value of 7 will provide error messages, debug messages and trace messages. You should enable this logging then restart the machine, retrieve the logs and send them to Blue Prism to review. All the best Mark

Hi Mark, We are also facing the same issue. We have installed 32 bit login agent in my desktop. Login agent service is up and running in my PC. While executing the Unlocked object, we are facing the same issue Login Agent ERROR: : 0: LogonUI callbacks not disabled. Could you please let us know , any resolution on this. regards, Inian

There is an article in the Knowledgebase about this exact error. I suggest you go there and search for login and see what the results are (for me the last result was called 'LogonUI callbacks not disabled'
