Hello,
I am having an issue that some of my Run-time Resources (bot) are still on idle state even if "Logout" process has been completed.
Because of this next schedules are not able to start.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Hi Nabin,
Can you please share the event logs from RunTime Resource.
I wonder if there are any network related issues while getting the latest status from Application server.
I can confirm only after reviewing the event logs.
Best,

Is there any exception in the Logout process execution?
Is there maybe a program running that prevents the logout process?
Sometimes program need user interaction when shutdown
eg when I close Outlook a dialog pops up asking me if I really want to empty my deleted items folder. If I don't close Outlook manually, the log out process will possibly to into timeout and switch back to desktop.
By using the force logout flag the user will be logged out regardless of pending user input.
We customized login agent VBO and processes so I don't know if this force flag is available in Blue Prism version of those objects.
