Migration from on-premise to Azure cloud

Hi Community,

Has anyone migrated Blueprism from on-premise environment to Azure cloud? I would like to understand the step that were taken so that I can build a plan around it. Appreciate your help.

At a high level, it is quite similar to any on-prem to cloud migration.  Blue Prism is currently a standard web architecture.  We have published an Azure reference architecture which is available here: https://portal.blueprism.com/documents/v6-reference-guide-azure-reference-architecture

The key areas to consider are:
  • Do you need to migrate your database data, or can you start fresh?
  • If you're using AD integration, how will you move sync that to the cloud?
  • How will you connect back to your on premise applications?

I'd take a look at the questions listed here, which is more targeted towards Product Upgrade, but shares a lot of similar concerns with migrating environments.
