Next Gen Digital Studio Error - An error occurred while loading the object tree: Not authorized

Hey Team,

Has anyone encountered the error below in the Design Studio of Next Gen? We have reinstalled it, ensured we are using the latest version, and tried resetting the password. Cloud works fine, and the user can log in, but not in the Design Studio.

Digital worker is running fine on the same machine.

Hi Tejas,

I had a look through our published NextGen Known Issues page and found a few issues related to the Design Studio that our developers are aware of, but none with this specific exception related to a view permission. If the issue is still ongoing, I'd recommend opening a Support ticket with us about this so we could investigate further there.
