Hi Blueprism we have an infrastructure setup where we have no access to the virtuel production environment. When a robot is dead/stopped we can not se what is wrong and why it is stopped, because blueprism is not always telling you why it is stooped. If a blueprism session need to be closed / killed we can't do it.
Can you from blueprism control room make a screen shoot (print screen) from the production environment and also kill a blueprism session.?
Hop it makes sence.

Hi Kristian - you can stop a session from control room in 2 ways. 1) a 'hard' stop where you tell the process to stop wherever it currently is, or 2) a 'soft' stop where you send the a 'stop request' that the process has been designed to obey (usually with the expression IsStopRequested() in a decision stage).
Depending on your version of BP, you can instruct the resource PCs to take a exception screenshots.

Right click on the Runtime Resource in Control Room and click 'Show latest screen capture'.
