Hello, I think you probably need to discuss your issue with whoever is the experienced trainer/mentor enabling your team. If you have no such person maybe raise that as a risk with your management.
What kind of application are you trying to interface with - there are guides and training on the portal for Java/Accessibility/Surface Automation/Browser interfaces - one of those interfaces will always work for you if you are connected/attached to the correct process.
