I'm working on a process that's using the Utility Data - OLEDB object. I set up my process based on the Learning Guide Blue Prism - Data OLEDB. I've continued to have the error "Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0" provider is not registered on the local machine. Based on the Learning Guide I completed the 2 downloads to fix this issue, and I used the recommendations found on the www.connectstring.com/excel/. None of these have corrected the error and I'm not sure what else to do. Help Please. Thanks.

Firstly I would recommend trying to connect to your OLEDB datasource using a product other than Blue Prism - to validate that the issue is environmental rather than anything to do with the OLEDB VBO. I usually use Excel for this.
Next - if you prove it is a VBO issue maybe go to the Blue Prism support team for help. If it is an environment issue then I guess lots of google searching is required to figure out why your ODBC driver installation is not working - it might be worth uninstalling and reinstalling the data source driver just in case it is an install issue.

Hi, you can refer the below , this generally means the OLEDB provider is not properly installed on the client machine. See
