Hi,
We've been seeing an issue where the Outlook VBO seems to miss picking up emails, having been designated a subject and date, which seems to fail sometimes (without error - it just fails to see the email entirely). But sometimes on a re-run, or definitely on a re-send of the email to the bot's outlook account it works.
Has anyone else noticed this / have any resolutions? We're unsure if a recent office update may have introduced the quirk?
