Hi Dean,
Turning off the
Cached Exchange Mode under the Outlook User Profile may resolve your issue.
How to turn off the Cached Exchange Mode on the MS Outlook
- Click File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
- Click the Exchange or Office 365 account, and then click Change.
- Under Offline Settings, uncheck the Use Cached Exchange Mode.
- Exit, and then restart Outlook.
