Password security for the robots

Password security for the robots

I'm looking for a process for password allocation. Is there something from Blue Prism or from BP customers about how the passwords for the robots are safely allocated and changed. The users for the robot are dialog users, which every employee can theoretically use, since the password is available in different phases unencrypted? How is this solved by role separation, technically and technically?

Blue Prism has the functionality called Credential Manager that provides a secure repository for login details used to access target applications and the runtime resource workstations. For further information, you can obtain the specific document "Credential Manager" directly within the Blue Prism Portal by navigating through the following steps:

• Login to Blue Prism Portal (https://portal.blueprism.com) 
• On Menu select:  Learning > Guides 
• On the right-hand side of the screen, select the required details in the section: "Search Document." 
• The Category drop-down list should show as - Please select - 
• Type the keyword "credential" on the Title field 
• Click on the button Apply 
• Results should return the required document/s   
• Select the link within the related document panel.
