Proxy Configuration for Blue Prism HUB & Interact

Anyone been successful in configuring a proxy server (Application Request Routing & Reverse Proxy) between HUB & Interact and client so when a client tries to access the url of the proxy it is forwarded to HUB & Interact server and the login page it loaded? This config is to ensure that Application server is not exposed to the client network, based on network segmentations.

Have you reviewed the Hub High Availability Installation Guide? It contains several examples and some guidance for setting up Hub using a HAProxy load balancer.

Unfortunately, using a reverse proxy with Hub is not supported. See this Knowledge Base article for more details.

Thank You!

Thanks, we are trying with ADC Load Balancer and not setting up any HA systems. Would it be possible to configure HUB & Interact (single node without HA) behind LB?

Our available information on Hub load balancing is exclusively outlined in the High availability installation topic within our Product Docs. This documentation provides essential information regarding the functionalities and setup of load balancing with Hub. Unfortunately, we don't have any documentation regarding load balancing Hub outside the context of a HA deployment, but hopefully you could use this documentation as a starting point.

For your questions pertaining to an ADC load balancer requiring more in-depth assistance, I would encourage you to connect with our Professional Services team for a consultation. They are equipped with specialized expertise and a comprehensive understanding to address any LB-related queries and provide the support you may need for effective implementation and troubleshooting. You can reach out to your Blue Prism Account Manager or Customer Success Representative for details on how to engage with our PS team.
