I see that we need to just install one of the component for this upgrade to take place which is Decipher Web Client.
But I'm unable to find the installer file in the Decipher downloads.
@Ben.Lyons1 can you help with this or anyone is aware where is the Web client installer.

Yes BP support confirmed the same. Also, I and Athiban both are facing the same issue from different locations which also confirms that this is a server issue and not a specific machine. I also checked with a couple of my colleagues and all reported the same.

Hi Ben,
I agree with Tejas. I have also raised a similar concern with the support team. Right now, I can see that the team has updated the numbering, which was incorrect previously, but the web client installer is yet to be updated.

I'm concerned that this problem still exists, and ASIA users are still unable to get the Decipher web client installer from the portal. Even though the support team said they're working on it, it seems the issue isn't resolved yet.
Can we please fix this quickly? We're still getting questions from developers, and it wouldn't be fair to create separate support tickets for each user to get the shared file individually.

We did some testing earlier today and the issue does seem to be resolved. Can you please re-test on your end and let us know if you're still having the issue? Using a different browser or clearing the cache may help as well. If your developers are still impacted, please let me know.
