RabbitMQ service exe path observation while installing Decipher

Hi team,

While setting up Decipher 2.2 after removing all the components of Decipher 2.1. The Erlang installer ran fine, Rabbit installer also ran fine but in the end when it tried to run the Rabbit service it threw the below error,

Upon checking further in the services section the Rabbit is pointing to a different folder.

Just to note that Erlang and Rabbit both are installed with all default values and nothing is manually updated. Also, we are using exact same version for Erlang and Rabbit as mentioned in the 2.2 guide.

We uninstalled and reinstalled both components thrice but the service is showing same path and failing to run.

Hence did not proceed further to install Decipher components until this gets fixed.

Any idea why this is happening with Erlang and RabbitMQ?

Hi Tejaskumar,

Sorry, but as they are 3rd party products, we don't offer support for them. I would recommend contacting their respective support team for advice.

Thanks
