Inside a collection, I am not sure, but have you looked into the MapiEx object? That gives you the potential to read Email bodies and store them as Text Data Items. From there I imagine you can break up the string into rows if you need.

Hi, you could copy the whole body of the email to a clipboard and then run throught it line for line to add everything to the corresponding fields in your collection. Go with decision Stages what kind of Information you need, so you wont get unnecessary Lines into the collection.

In my case, each element of the table is on it's own line in the Body field in the email collection.  So, I used the Utility - Strings, Split Lines action to copy the body of the email into a new collection.  Each element of the table is now in it's own row in the new collection.  Not ideal, but at least I can work with the collection and know which element is which, by it's row position in the collection.
