Remove Runtime Resource from List

Hi, I have some computers in my resource pool that has not been active for a long time. I tried to remove them, from control room and from system. I could not find a way to remove a resource from the pool. It seems to be a very common and easy operation. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

If an RR is not active anymore you can retire them from system> resources > management .

Thank you Ashish! If anyone is looking at this in  the future, it is drag and drop, not right click...

Hi Ashish,

Is there another way to permanently remove a resource from the resources?
At one client, they have had an issue with setting up VDI's, where accidentally all new VDI's got Blueprism installed. This has left us with hundreds of unnecessary VDI's, which we will never need and would like to delete forever.

Thank you.

@JonasBertels,

I also want to know the way.

I want to remove resource, not retire.

Hi @sumire

Check this

Thank you for your reply @Chakkravarthi_PR , but I want to remove runtime resource, not pool.

Try below approach once,

If incase your RR name in control room as eg: 'Test123' and permanently to remove from there. Then go to app server and check host file at below path.

Later open the same whatever RR machine  you want to remove, please clear respective lines and save the file.

Host file path:  C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
