Can you please verify the following factors that may contribute to this network connection issue?
- Examine the network connectivity between the Application Server and Runtime Resource to ensure no packet drops. (E.g., PING test, TELNET connection test)
- Examine the Firewall policies which may be blocking the communication between the Runtime Resource and the Application Server(s).
- Examine the status of Blue Prism Server services from the Application Server.
