Scenario's where RPA fails to add in to queue

I would like to know the scenario's where bot/RPA/digitalworker fails to add the case in to the queue.

Hi Aravind,

The bot being unable to put cases to the Q is very rare. In fact, I've never encountered it. As Shikhar correctly indicates, you have to provide more details. Are you actually experiencing this problem or is it a situation you are considering to handle in case it occurs?
