Hi Anna,
Thanks for posting your question within our Community Forum.
Please bare in mind that there can be a variety of reasons as to why a Process may run/behave differently on Control Room/Scheduler in comparison with Debug Mode/Studio.
For instance, steps within a process may flow relatively quicker when run in Control Room/Scheduler, when compared with Studio, hence why it is important to follow Best Practices when implementing a code, such as use of Intelligent Wait Stages etc.
However, if the matter is opposite, such as that the processes run relatively slower in Control Room, this could be due to reasons such as Network Latency, Lack of Database Maintenance, excessive logging levels within the process etc.
To address matters of this nature, it would be best to raise a Ticket with the Blue Prism Customer Support team via the Customer Portal with further information such as the errors that are encountered, log file on the Runtime Resource etc. and we'll be able to diagnose further.
Hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Arshad
