Slow appearence of property window

When I click in action or page stage to see what is inside the property window launches very slowly. It takes about 4 second for property window to appear. The same thing is done instantly in my college's computers. Do you have any solution for this problem?

Hi mwojcik2, We hav experienced similar lag across BLue Prism at different times.  Seems to be related to our hardware infrastructure, our BP app server is using 2vCPUs @2.4Ghz w/4GB of RAM and and our DB server is 1 vCPU @ 0.7 GHz w/4GB of RAM.  We are getting our IT dept. to increase allocation on both to something more in line with the recommended specs from BP. If this resovles the issue for us I'll let you know.  Do you know wha tthe hardware behind your App server and DB are?   Kind regards, Ben

Hi Ben,   Thank you for your response.   Both Blue Prism and SQL are on my local computer. We have noticed this problem since we have started using Windows 10 instead of Windows 7.   Kind regards Mateusz

Then I don't know.  Hopefully if anyone has had experience with reductions in performance because of Windows 10 they'll contribute to the thread. My organisation be migrating to Windows 10 in a month or two so I'll be watching this thread!

We're on Windows 10 and we don't have any significant delays in navigating around Blue Prism, in or out of Studio other than the normal issues with how slow WCF is.

For anyone still having this issue, try to change the standard printer to a none physical one, like "Microsoft print to pdf". I know it makes absolutely no sense, but it solved the exact same problem for me.
