We hav experienced similar lag across BLue Prism at different times. Seems to be related to our hardware infrastructure, our BP app server is using 2vCPUs @2.4Ghz w/4GB of RAM and and our DB server is 1 vCPU @ 0.7 GHz w/4GB of RAM. We are getting our IT dept. to increase allocation on both to something more in line with the recommended specs from BP.
If this resovles the issue for us I'll let you know. Do you know wha tthe hardware behind your App server and DB are?
