Spy mode not available

Hello Everybody, I'm currently following the Foundation Training for BluePrism 5, and in objectic studio I'm not able "to activite" the spy mode in order to detect the elements which are on the window of the targeted application. I am able to launch the application via Application Modeler (launch button) but after that, no identify button is available. Therefore, no way to spy a window. I have check my user set-up and everything is activated. Does anybody know how this can be fixed? Many thanks for your help! Dominique

Hi Dominique - close Order System and check in Task Manager that no other Order System exe is running in the background. Press Launch to start Order System. Open Application Modeller and select an element in the left hand tree. You should see the Identify button in the bottom right corner. If that does not work the I suggest you contact your Lead Developer/Training Mentor - this forum isn't the best place for help.
