Stage Logging

I have stage logging set to disabled for certain actions (and within VBO's) but the stages are still showing in the logs, each and every action in the VBO is being logged. This has only just started happened and all stages have disabled set for stage logging. Does anyone know the cause (and solution) for this? I am using 5.0.30

Check whether logging has been set at the machine level in System->Resources.
