Prabhakara,Did you confirm your startup parameters are correct and valid (up to date)? Was there an error to indicate the issue ? if it was, what kind of error did the system prompts you when you fail to fire up the start up parameters screen?
Since the process was created sometime in the past, you may want to validate the parameters .This is a very common issue most of us have ran into.
Another tip is to close the extra client you have opened and then restart the run time(just open a new BP client after closing it).
