Do you have relevant permissions to access the process studio?
It might be possible that someone (might be admin) has changed your access level.

Even though this is a late response, I’m sharing it in case it helps someone.
After upgrading and activating with a new license file, I noticed that all the tabs were greyed out. After some back and forth, I figured out the issue.
My system is set to CDT (UTC -6), but the Blue Prism server, which generates the license file, is in BST (UTC +1`). When the license was created, it used the current GMT time as the start date. Since my system was six hours behind(still in the previous day), the license was recognized as "Future" instead of "Active," causing the issue.
