Total Work Time is confusing

Hi,   Have a Item in work queue with Created and Last Updated time as below. But Total Work time doesn't match the difference of it. Please let me know how Total Work Time is calculated.   Created: 5/3/2018 2:11:08 PM Last Updated: 5/3/2018 2:26:59 PM Difference between Created & Last Updated: 15 mins 51 seconds Total Work Time: 0:53:000   BR//Guniya

The total work time is the time from when an work queue item was started and marked as completed, not from creation to completion.
