Hi! I have a serious problem when I use a process that closes and opens google chrome, after a while the error "Internal : Failed to perform step 1 in Navigate Stage 'Launch' on page 'Launch' - The port establishing the connection to the browser extension cannot be opened.

Then I can no longer launch, just restarting the VM, also in another process it is not possible to launch.

This problem is happening recently, has anyone faced this cause?

If yes, what was done to resolve it?

I faced with this problem before, and the only solution that I found ​is restarting the Resource PC against the entry VM.

You can schedule this restarts automatically with the Windows Tasks Schedule.

I think is not the best solution, but it works :\

Pablo unfortunately I can't demand the VM, this process is daily and has a high to process.

I need another option because it makes no sense to have this problem with BluePrism and Google Chrome. ​
