Unable to configure Microsoft vision with Blue Prism

Hi,I was trying to access Microsoft vision skill.I have followed steps mentioned in documentaion .While running this I am getting error.

Make sure there are no spaces in api region specified. If you've edited the skill make sure there url are correct.
