Unable to map users in the Blue Prism and Authentication Server databases

I am unable to map users in the Blue Prism and Authentication Server databases.

I am facing the below issue while mapping the users in Blue Prism API configuration.

Hi Avanade ,

Provided correct authentication server url in blue prism.

Path for URL :- System>Security>Sign-on settings>Authentication Server URL
