I have set up a basic object with the calculator to practice/test the OCR functionality. I have created a region over the results screen and configured the appropriate font.
When I read this region with OCR it only works when there's more than 1 character in the screen e.g. if the result shows 12, the result read is 12. When the result is 2, it doesn't find anything. The read doesn't error, the result is just blank.
When I read the image it clearly shoes the full result as a picture.
Any thoughts?

Hi Ben I think that's a known bug and doubt you're doing anything wrong.

You could try to pass parameter 10 (as number) or ""Character"" as string into Page Segmentation settings, in Blue Prism Read stage that performs OCR. That should help.
