Unable to set up a new dashboard

Hi Team,   I am trying to set up a tile in the dashboard, for getting the chart of average handling time of the queue.(I have enabled MI reporting in system manager). But still in the preview tab no data is being populated. Can you please help if we are missing on any additional settings.       Thanks   Regards Sambashiva

For some MI data harvesting only starts after you have enabled it in System. You will only see data once you have collected it by running processes for a while.

Hello, I am having the same issue on BP v6.2.1 on several environments (development and test). I've enablet MI reporting and automatic refresh, as well as I manually executed the following stored procedures on BP database: usp_RefreshMI usp_RefreshProductivityData usp_RefreshUtilizationData But still database tables are not being populated, and of course I have processes running and using queues.   Can you suggest some additional throubleshooting ?   Thanks in advance
