User logs from scheduler

Hi blueprism I have a question from my company's internal audit:

In control room you can run a process, and configure when it is supposed to run.

But does blueprism logged everything in the control room.

  1. Who starts a process?
  2. Who change the schedule to a process?

In system in Audit under Audit Logs can you see what have been done in Blueprism every day.

But I can't see the user who have started a process in the scheduler.?

I think the Audit Log does not record who gives a Run Now in the Schedule. If I'm not mistaken, I already needed it and I didn't find it either, as well as it doesn't register who from the Defered date.

here is something i know you should try this

open Event Viewer and navigate to Applications and Services Logs / Microsoft / Windows / TaskScheduler / Optional, you will see all the Task Histories.

The .evt files are under C:\Windows\System32\Winevt\Logs directory.

Hi Kristian,

Blue Prism does log the following actions under the Audit Logs.
  • The user who starts a process manually by executing run now from the scheduler.
  • The user modifies the process under the scheduled task.

What's the current version and architecture of Blue Prism that you're using? E.g., Blue  Prism 6.10.1 (64bit)

Everything gets captured in the Audit log table of the database (BPAAuditEvents).I recommend you to export the Audit Events from the command line interface using the "getauditlog" flag, for example:
c:\%Blue Prism Installation Folder%> Automatec /getauditlog /from 20211201 /to 20211231 /user username password
You can also write a script to use /getauditlog command and push that data into the Windows Event Viewer.
