I have exposed my object as a blue prism web service and I am consuming that web service in blueprism. I am sending data items through visual studio.I am able to do the simple calucualtions like addition and subtraction etc. and also I am able to launch the webpage but I am unable to populate the username and password values there. but I am sending values and retriving values in blueprism successfully. when I am populating in particualr fields I am facing the problem. is there any alternative for spying the username and password fields? do i need to write code for spying? €‹can you please give us the guidance.€‹

Hello Hema, Do you have a mentor availalbe to you to help with your interface, it sound like you have a simple interface issue with a couple of fields (potentially requiring some surface automation), I am also very concerned about your design if you are planing on calling a Blue Prism webservice in a syncronious way (performing all tasks within the web service procoss) rather than in an asyncronious way (simply adding items to a Work Queue to be performed by a seperate BP Process. All new users should have a mentor availabe to them to help with interfaces and designs, that is the agreed accreditation training path for all Partners/Clients. If you have no mentor you should raise it as a risk with your management.
