Hi Tejaskumar,
There are at least 2 elements at work here, validation and confidence.
Validation is where you can set field requirements such as making a field Required, Formulas, Format Expression and Lists. If a single field does not meet the validation requires configured in the DFD, Decipher cannot automatically override these. However, if the Soft Validation flag is set, as user can manually override the validation.
The there is the confidence element.
There's no way to set this for an entire document as such, in part because the recognition has 2 stages, OCR and Capture.
So the OCR engine reads the document recognising characters and words, then provides a confidence value for each character. After which Decipher compares this with the DFD configuration, training data and ML model (where applicable) and captures field values providing a Capture confidence for each.
Low confidence fields are indicated by red text and this will be anything with either an OCR confidence below 86% or Capture confidence below 95% (we are planning on a set of improvements over the coming releases to make this clearer).
You can use 2
misc parameters to adjust the confidence levels for the OCR capture FCL and CCL, please follow the link to find more information on how to use them. However, this will be on a field by field basis and as the confidence levels are not user accessible at this time, you will need to use a level of trial and error.
There is no way to reduce Decipher's Capture confidence threshold, however you can use features such as Format Expression, Formulas and Lists to help improve the confidence. Sometimes with something simple like a date, you can easily improve the confidence by adding the appropriate Format Expression.
Thanks
