Write Activity to Logs : Where is the document describing this function?

Resource - Management in System tab show this pop-up menu.


I cannot find any document describing this item, "Write Activity to Logs".
Where can I find the commented manual or document for this function?

PS. Recently, BPK is trying to certify Blue Prism as the Good Software, which is an important program supported by the Korean government. GS certification requires full documentation of all actions users can perform using the software.

Hi Bohyon,

The "Write Activity to Logs" setting in the Resource Management area changes the database flag in the 'logtoeventlog' column for the resource in the BPAResource database table. This allows the Resource to write activity to the Windows Event Viewer Logs as described here. Checking 'Write Activity to Logs' in the GUI will set a value of 1 for LogToEventLog in the BPAResource table, unchecking will set it to 0.

The user-friendliness is achieved through the provision of an effective and comprehensive user manual. It would be ideal to have a comprehensive textbook that guides users through the process of using Blue Prism in a clear and concise manner, with a focus on the user's interface. This is particularly important in Korea, as the people there have a strong preference for reading and learning, and would therefore appreciate having a user-friendly textbook that provides a thorough explanation of how to use Blue Prism.
