can't create an account on pearson vue

I have trouble when i want to create an account for pearson vue to register an exam, it said"if the details are correct, it didn't match", but i think my portal id is Purenb666, and i have called the pearson vue, she said blue prism didn't exist purenb666. i can't schedule for my exam now, could someone help to deal with this situation? thanks a lot.

If you are still not able to create an account with Pearson Vue after contacting them, please email training@blueprism.com, providing your portal ID, first name, last name, and name of the exam you wish to sit.
Also, there is a step-by-step guide on Sitting an Exam on the Blue Prism Portal under University -> Certification -> Certification Policies:
