classification of more than one document type in one batch

Good morning. I hope you are fine.
As I said in the description, I am trying to generate a batch that can classify according to 5 documents types.
I tried to generate several batches (one for each type of document) to train them and then I created a batch where I include the 5 types of documents but when I tried to classify it, it did not do it correctly.
I will try to generate only the batch with the 5 documents, train them and see if it classifies correctly.

I don't know if it's going to work so I wanted to check if it's the right way or if I should do it differently.

Thanks a lot
Have a good day

Hi Jairo,

I'm assuming you have followed the instructions in our online help, and they're not working out how you were expecting. Just in case I've added the link.

Let's start with what documents you're trying to separate and why.

Is the separation being done to get different information from the 5 document types or because you want to have different configurations to gather the same information?

Thanks
