Hi, Try cleaning the temporary and residual files , It will help. I was facing the same problem.

I'm experiencing the same error (""Failed to access inbox"") when using the ""Get Mail"" function after upgrading OS to Windows 10. Anyone experience this? I've checked everything from the Knowledge Base and it seems that I've got everything configured the way it was prior to my upgrade. Thx for any help provided!

Maybe look at the help on the knowledgebase - it has advice such as ensuring you are using 32bit Outlook and try turning on the cache etc.
