Hello Siva,
One of the quick checks would be to take a look at Blue Prism events via the Windows Event Viewer. There may be Blue Prism errors logged there that would give an idea of why automatec.exe has stopped working.
Also, as can be inferred from Alex's response. Our Support Center on the Blue Prism Portal has many good Knowledge Base articles and is a good location for an initial search.
