sending mail failure using MS Outlook Email VBO

Hi Everyone, In my system, Even though that dll is configured, when I sent mail through MS Outlook Email VBO it throws an exception. I am attaching screenshot of that exception.  If I sent mail while outlook is opened or minimised then it didnt throw any exception. In my system, MS office 2010 installed. Do you have MS Outlook - without MAPIEx VBO ? If you have please share it with me. Thanks in advance.

The Outlook VBO can be found on the exchange here: https://digitalexchange.blueprism.com/dx/entry/3439/solution/ms-outlook…   It could be that 2010 does not allow for running in the background, but I can't say for sure. I've worked with 2013 and 2016 without issue.
