unable to spy controls inside iFrame using edge on IE mode browser

Hi Team, I am working on one  application that i built in java. It is a web application. It is using IFrame in HTML. Whenever i am trying to spy any button or textbox inside this application then the BP tool is not able to spy that element inside IFRAME.

i've enabled the JAB and all of that works with the dummy Java App, it does not work within IE. The App Modeller is flat-out unable to spy anything within IFrame (obv, also not in Java Mode)

Request you to please look into the issue and provide support.

Can you please more information ?

1 ) Have you configure IE as Java app or browser IE ? if configured as java base please change as IE 
2) Have you try with Open UI automation navigator or Open application navigator ?

Many thanks for your quick response on my current challenging issue.

1 ) Have you configure IE as Java app or browser IE ? if configured as java base please change as IE  -->it is an IE
2) Have you try with Open UI automation navigator or Open application navigator ?-->yes tried but textbox or combobox elements ID's are not getting hence it takes much time to found the element.

Thanks for sharing information.

1. restart system if its not done.
2. check other browser exe already connected to blue prism port if yes kill all other browser and launch your app and try.
3. Please check below document (3.3 Point)

If still its not working please use surface automation.
