Interact does not support the inclusion of a WYSIWYG editor element as part of a form.
Please could you help me to understand how you might use a WYSIWYG editor, how this would help you, perhaps an example use-case that you have where a WYSIWYG editor element would benefit you.
As a side note, Interact does offer an Upload element documented here where you can upload a document such as one produced from Microsoft Windows.
