Brian, is this related to the Portal? Request from MFS -
Currently in Viewstation you can search for a user by name on the User table but it is not an option in Portal (I search by name when I don’t know the user ID)
When you are on a user record on the User screen & select ‘reset password’, Portal prompts you to re-enter the AWD ID instead of recognizing the screen the command came from like viewstation does
The attached has screenshots to illustrate ( I can provide screen shots if this is the same item.)
Other viewstation screens allow the ‘name search’ but User is the priority.
