Allow REST requests to be built with arrays in Chorus

In Chorus Designer, SOAP services can build requests with arrays of 1 to many length. REST services do not allow arrays of 1 to many length and can only be built with fixed length.

I would like to allow REST services the same functionality that SOAP services within Chorus Design.
