The Chorus Content Viewer can open sources in the file's native format, such as XLS when configured.  The request is, the name of the opened file is the OBJECT ID, instead of the file name.  This is also true for the 'save as' function.  

The ask to have an option to open attachments using the FLNM name (if available) instead of the OBJECT ID.

Request to use the original file name if available instead of the object key is definitely a better user experience. Several customers have mentioned it is difficult to know which one have been displayed in HTML CV, especially when they have more than 15 sources and currently need to close some to view other ones.

Some business cases mentioned up to 100 attachments on some long running cases so improving the display of the sources in Content Viewer will increase efficiency.
