When using multiple cards, Search, View Relationship, etc, all cards will shut down when you complete processing an item in TA2000 Desktop by using End F11. This is an issue when you have one or more Search cards up that contains results for an unrelated transaction.
The only card that should close to allow the transaction to move to the next step within the workflow is the item that has been 'Processed'. All other cards should remain where they've been placed to on your monitor /workspace.
